ZealCore will invoice a license fee of 3 200 EURO per ZealCore System Debugger license. Free product updates and support is included in the license fee for the 12 calendar months following the commencement of this agreement. Thereafter this is optional under Maintenance agreement and the fee shall be 20 % per year of the total license fee.
