When you have acquired a license, download the System Debugger suitable for your operating system and start the installer. Follow the instructions provided in the installation.

Right click and choose to Save the installer to disk. Run the downloaded installer to start the installation:

Download System Debugger for Windows Version 1.2.6:
Note: Java Runtime Environment version 1.6.0 or later is required. Check is performed by System Debugger installer and if needed, JRE 1.6 Update 5 is installed (online installation).

* Windows operating system.
* Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 or greater (Manual download here)
* At least 200 MB free HDD space
* At least 1 GB RAM
